The attached  is the message Mela Construction LLC sent me the day of my appointment. The appt date is Nov 22nd between 3 and 8pm. I get this message from the company owner Lawrence the morning of Nov 22nd. This is also the second time they have been scheduled with Choice Home Warranty and didn't show up. This company is very unprofessional, foolish, and delusional. Highly do not recommend. All facts backed by screenshot of messages. Second screenshot is from my tenant stating what they have had to go through each time because Mela Construction did not show up. This is facts. All proof. What an inconvenience and a waste of time. It was hard to find the perfect craftsmanship when it came to designing our main customer counter but when I talked to MELA CONSTRUCTIONS MORE THEN JUST DO THE WORK THEY ADD FLARE AND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TO BRING MY FRONT HOUSE BECOME MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. It was one of those moments when budget was tight. I had a plumbing emergency. Sewer was backing up from the bathtub. I called MELA Construction, Llc. They showed up and took care of the problem same night. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fair in pricing. I will use their services again.
